Initiate Request
Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
Quality Check
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached in its original packaging to qualify for a successful return.
Package Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
